Vigneaux Corporation is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Local Small Business Enterprise Certificate (LSBE) Certificate by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA). The LSBE Certificate is designed to help small businesses that meet certain criteria, including being majority-owned and operated by a person or persons who are residents of the JTA service area.
