Minimum skill set required for these positions:

• Minimum of 1 years experience installing and servicing gate and gate operators
• Minimum of 1 years experience installing and servicing automated and/or rolling steel doors
• Minimum of 1 year experience installing and servicing access control systems
• For PM or Estimator positions, must have a minimum 2 years experience in project management and/or estimating for commercial construction jobs preferably for access control, rolling steel, and/or gate and gate operator applications
• Pass background and drug pre-employment screening
